Innisfree Wheelers Ladies Tour of the Lake

After a very successful Autumn Sportive the Innisfree Wheelers go back to the road again on Saturday September 24th with their annual Ladies Tour of Lough Gill event. The event now in its ninth year having started first in 2008 has gained popularity over the years and more important has been crucial in giving ladies in the Sligo area their first taste of cycling.
The Innisfree Wheelers event when established was one of the only Ladies only leisure events on the Cycling Ireland Calendar and has very much established itself still as one of the more well attended as in recent years a number of other clubs have played suit to put a number of other ladies only events in place. But you can still be assured that the local event will provide for all the Ladies involved on the day of the event to the very highest level.
As with previous years the Ladies taking part will see their entry fees for the event going to a local charity. This year the nominated charity is the local M.S. Therapy Centre based in Ballytivnan in Sligo.
So all you ladies who have taken part in this event in previous years or those who have yet to experience the only ladies cycle event in Sligo come along and join in at the Sligo Park on Saturday 24th at 11.00am with an entry fee of 15euro.All details of the event can be sourced onwww.innisfreewheelers.com
